The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to an MC Innovations client, ensuring seamless daily operations and efficient workflow management. This role demands exceptional organization, professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Develop new relationships with high profile accounts, including decision makers.
  • Participate in the RFP and RFI process for potential new business.
  • Manage the contract and negotiation with current and existing accounts when necessary.
  • Assist account management with reporting and analysis.
  • Network at various conferences, trade shows and other industry events.
  • Ability to analyze data and formulate account strategy, execute to plan.
  • Develop and implements an annual sales and service plan including identification of potential client prospects, their needs, and MC Innovations ability to fulfill those needs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Travel as required.

Director of Marketing & Sales

About the Job:

MC Innovations specializes in managing self-insured workers compensation and loss control programs, as well as property and casualty programs for both public and private organizations.

As Director of Marketing & Sales, you will be responsible for generating and growing new business opportunities for MC Innovations, primarily focusing in the areas of pharmacy benefit management, workers compensation, property and casualty program solutions and other ancillary services. This newly developed role will report directly to the President.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of industry-related experience in worker’s comp, P&C and/or pharmacy benefit business development or account management.

Knowledge And Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of industry-related experience in worker’s comp, P&C and/or pharmacy benefit business development or account management.
  • Ability to think critically, perform research, analyze, and interpret data.
  • Ability to work independently within a macro management environment.
  • Self-starter.
  • Business development, prospecting skills and ability to build strong partner relationships.
